Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum i zarazem całkiem cicha i spokojna ulica w porównaniu do pozostałych ulic w pobliżu. Komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony w dobrej jakości sprzęty penthouse. Znajdowało się w nim wszystko czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt.
Jedynym problemem był zapach z odpływu znajdującego się pod zlewem w aneksie kuchennym. Poza tym innych problemów nie odnotowałem. Ewentualnie można wspomnieć o hałaśliwych mewach, ale to oczywiście nie jest wina obiektu :)

Мелочь. Но можно было бы сделать полки и крючки для полотенец в ванной.
