The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable. The opera singing neighbour (just a few minutes every evening) was an amusing highlight. The water filter jug was a nice touch.

Confort du canapé très limite Chambre N°1 petite et lit agencé contre le mur, climatisation pile en face du lit très inconfortable Le manque d'un espace (table + chaises) pour 4 afin de pouvoir prendre des repas sur place ailleurs que sur le plan de travail étroit et déja occupé par la plaque vitrocéramique SDB N°2 défectueuse (pomme de douche qui fonctionnait en même temps que le ciel de douche) et ce malgré l'intervention très rapide des services appropriés Bruyant malgré le double vitrage

Clean, well outfitted, had everything we needed, AC very effective. Relatively quiet compared to other units closer to São Bento but still an easy walk to everything and very close to metro.
Shower in master bath is very tiny! neighborhood was a little sketchy due to presence of homeless in the park but no safety issues experienced.
