beautiful facility, well equipped. had a wonderful week in spite of a television not working in teenage bedroom and outdoor grill was in terrible shape and not working. called property manager with details but nothing was done. The community pool was beautiful and well kept. Walk to the beach was tedious for a group but the shoreline was beautiful. Destin attractions were quite a distance but enjoyable. Overall a good time was had by all.

Great communication before during and at checkout. The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed even a garage full of beach chairs, inflatables, sand toys, bikes, water boards all of which the grandkids used. Close to everything. Beach, Food, shopping, etc. Definitely would recommend

The home was very nice as well as the pool. We had several palmetto roaches that were disgusting. we had 4 grandchildren ages 10 months to 2 years. We were very worried about them with the palmetto situation. This is the second time we stayed in this neighborhood Had the same issue last year in a different home. We didn't rest very well given the bug problem.
