Highly recommended place to stay! We will try and stay here again for sure! Bring your own beach chairs and toys and rent your own golf cart. Everything else was amazing! Super close walk to the beach and restaurants! My only complaint was I messaged the property manager before arriving with no response.

I spend a lot of time in the Destin area and have rented many properties over the years. Some great and some not so great. This one not so great. This property clearly needs some serious maintenance. The sliding door to the top floor deck will not open as the property is settling. The main entrance door with access keypad does not open and close properly. While the property is nicely furnished, it is quite dated and in need of replacement. Bar stools and dinning room chair seats are broken down. The outside furniture is very old and cheap. The TVs are small vintage 80s and do not support streaming. Most frustrating, the toilets do not flush well and require you to constantly reset the toilet tank seal. Spa tub does not work and drained water out to the floor. The outside BBQ grill is rusting away and dangerous to use. Given the abundant rental options in the area, one could certainly find a nicer property.
