Havenly is a beautifully updated single-family home in Seaspray, Miramar Beach, designed to be your go-to getaway for family and friends year after year. With thoughtful upgrades, stylish comfort, and plenty of space to relax and play, it’s the kind of place you’ll never want to leave.

*Minimum age to rent is 25
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Location was great. Communication was great. Arrived with sand on floors and backyard was not as portrayed on listing. Pool worked great, but landscaping and umbrella(not even available) was not as listed. Some pool/beach equipment however dated/broken. There is a ton of potential and the golf cart was awesome!!! Great location, convenient to both VPS & ECP airports. Situated in a quiet/secure neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property was impeccably clean and noticeably allergen free. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk room....truly family oriented. Living/ dinning/kitchen areas were spacious and perfect for a large family. The swimming pool was crystal clear, and we enjoyed the BBQ grill and dinning/ chaise loungers on the extra large pool deck The ping pong table in the garage was an unexpected treat that we all enjoyed. Our family routinely stays at rental properties and we especially appreciated the ease of booking , the property mangers personalized attention, and the upscale amenities .

The house was super clean and nice it fit perfectly the 9 of us. The pool was a big hit for our kids! Very close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly people around. I absolutely would book again! Communication with the property management team was the only struggle, the response time is very slow if you haft to get ahold of them. Overall had a wonderful time.
