Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making meals for families. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is a counter-height bar with 5 bar stools.
Dining Room: The dining room is located just across from the kitchen. It seats 6 comfortably.
Living Room w/ Bunk Beds: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. This area is also where there is a full/full bunk bed. You can access the backyard and the beautiful pool from the living room.
Bedroom #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV.
Bathroom #1: This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is accessible from the hallway. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share this bathroom.
Bedroom #2: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV.
Bedroom #3 + Bathroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom. There is also a separate door that leads to a twin/twin bunk bed.
Laundry Room: Has a full-size washer and dryer.
Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There are several lounge chairs. The private saltwater pool has a kiddy shelf that includes an umbrella and can be heated in the cooler months.

-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

This is our 4th time staying in the area and renting a house, first time at this house. Overall this property was very nice and we would recommend 100%. The communication with the property manager was stellar. We had a small issue with the door handle that was addressed the same day. Very responsive. The mattresses were by far the most comfortable we’ve had in a rental. The pool was our favorite, with the tanning ledge being a huge win for our teenage daughter who always has UV maximization top of mind. The golf cart and location to park it near the beach for easy private access was also a huge win. The only dings for us were that the prior renters must have had a large dog and the waste was left by them (would have expected the renters to clean it but if they didn’t, would expect the property management to check/clean it before next renter). The location of the home is near the wastewater treatment facility and depending on the day/direction of the wind, we could smell sewage but it was only a few times, and not like all day. Definitely not enough to deter us from renting this property again. The frame of the master bed needs some attention, the middle supports slid out and we had to keep lifting the mattress and straightening them, and the golf cart mirrors were very loose. Again, minor things I’m sure they will correct quickly. We just wanted a peaceful week and did not raise these issues as to not have to be tied to the property for repairs. Thanks for a great week!

The house was nice. Unfortunately the master bedroom has a bed so high, I could barely get into the bed. It was also very uncomfortable. There was stuff in the closet. My daughter’s bedroom did not have a functioning remote control, so she was not able to watch tv. There are 2 trash bags and some toilet paper provided. You have to go buy your own. You are allowed 2 towels per person. No towels to dry off for the pool. There are no amenities, so take packets of things to use. A new picnic table outside would have been great. There was a ton of paint flaking off in chunks. The clean up fee was a little high, considering you had a list of things to do to clean when you left.
