Spacious apartment with all facilities, air conditioning, separate bedroom and kitchen, lively neighbourhood. Functional washing machine, iron, and all kitchen appliances.

The shower. It is extremely extremely extremely slow, 1/10th of water speed compared to a normal shower. And you can't control the temperature, either you get hot or cold. And in a hot summer of 37 degrees it is extremely important to have a working shower. And though the interior is renovated and new, there are many imperfections. The kitchen tap is loose, the refrigerator is slanted, etc. Also remember that there is no elevator and it is in 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if you have big luggage. The person came to check me in offered me to carry my luggage, that was nice. But when you check out you have to do it yourself.

Die Lage in der Altstadt. Balkon bzw. Dachterrasse mit Blick über Altstadt, leider im November nicht mehr nutzbar.

Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Ende November mit Außentemperatur von 6 bis 10 Grad. Wasser beim Duschen mal heiß dann wieder kalt. Behälter Klobürste braun angespritzt, eklig. Schimmel im Bad. Braune Flecken auf Bettlaken. Wasserhahn in Küche nicht befestigt, wackelte rum.
