We were greeted with an absolutely magical garden and surroundings upon arrival - so many lovely touches that create a deep calm - from the many varieties of beautiful and fragrant flowering bushes to the feeder alighted by happy little birds. Lots of quaint places to gather, inside and out - to chat or quietly enjoy nature. Peaceful and serene. Hosts are wonderfully welcoming, explain everything so well. Excellent and kind communication. Just delightful from arrival to departure. Breakfast was not only beautifully prepared but also very delicious and filling for a day of adventure in the Highlands! This was our sixth place to stay on our Ireland / Scotland trip, and far-and-away our favorite. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Nothing to dislike. Everything we needed was provided and was thought of. We were very well cared for.

We liked everything. The room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful garden to look at and the view from the sitting room of Ben Nevis was amazing. Joan was an excellent host and her berry smoothie was a special treat.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the host met all of our requests. The location was excellent, with well maintained gardens and surrounds.
Only one thing. One of the days during our stay I forgot my wallet, and when we returned to the property we could not get in as the property gate was locked. Luckily I could use my phone to pay for items during the day.

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the breakfast was delicious!
We rented a car and it was about a ten minute drive to Fort William City Centre, so it was a great option for us, but may not be suitable for visitors who are not renting a car when they travel to Fort William
