A great Baer to explore this stunning valley especially by paddle board!

The location was 100% perfect for our paddleboarding holiday as we could access the water from the property and our host was charming.

Peaceful vacation in beautiful Boka Bay

The apartment have everything you may wish for: peaceful position in memorable Ljuta, 10 steps to the sea, beautiful nature all around, cosy apartment and all of this with great value for money! The owner was very helpful with our needs, and in short line this is a perfect getaway if you are looking for a complete peace on the seaside, yet everything like Kotor Old town, markets and restaurants are couple of minutes away.

Great base to explore from and nice easy parking. Although no direct water view from the unit, the outdoor area had a nice ambience. We even used some rosemary from the garden for dinner. Loved having our own private swimming area and the location is just stunning with the backdrop of the mountain right behind.

Just a few extra amenities would have made it perfect.

although apartment is located a bit away from Kotor city center it was approachable by the city bus. Amazing terrace, fully equipped kitchen and the rest of the apartment. Private beach just a 3 steps away. a bit far from shops and restaurants, but 30 min walk by the bay is nice. we stayed there only for a night but fully enjoyed it

An amazing Studio room offering access to a superb waterfront terrace. We didn't want to leave!

What a superb location, the waterfront terrace beautiful The host was exceptional, friendly and helpful (Thank you for cooking the lovely muscles that i purchased from the fisherman next door. The restaurant Stari Mlini close by provided a memorable evening meal

Perfect location. Peaceful and quiet. Ideal place to relax and recharge the battery. We loved everything about it. Rade is the perfect host, always helpful. We are already planing to go back !

very well located in a calm part of the coast, in easy reach of Kotor and Perast hotspots. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly, while the terrace is brilliant for swimming and watching the boating world go by. on-site parking.

Nice stay at the waterfront of Ljuta.

Clean and practical room, the private sea entrance was perfect to relax and Go for a refreshing bath in the sea.

The water boiler was making loud noises during the night. From our terrace, we hardly saw the sea, but we could go to the private dock anytime we wanted and use the deck chairs there.

Best acomodation in Kotor bay for a quiet and relaxing holiday

It is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet seaside holiday away from the crowd. The apartment is 20 meters away from the sea, with a private platform with sunbeds where you can relax. The studio was very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. We had clean fresh towels every 2 days. Also we had a private parking place at location. The host was kind and and we felt like home in this nice seaside studio. We will return here !

There are not so many restaurants in this area , but there are a lot of good restaurants along the bay, so you definetely need a car to drive and explore beautiful kotor bay.

The perfect place to relax for those who want complete isolation from the crowds and noise.

The first of all, everything about this place is excellent. Ljuta is a perfect place to spend a quiet and peaceful holiday. The Rade was a perfect host, always kind, moody and helpful. We felt at home. Ljuta is a also perfect as a base to stay in Montenegro with quick access to Kotor, Perast, Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi and Ljustica bay.... The accommodation is perfect, clean, tidy and most importantly just a few steps away from a private beach with a beautiful view and perfect water. On the beach in complete peace, you can be completely alone and enjoy a coffee and a favorite book away from all the crowds.
