A good chambre d'hotes with private bathroom.

Friendly service by the host.

We had expected salty breakfast. We got a typical sweet french breakfast. The price for the stay was on the upper side.

Hmm 😒

When i booked i didn't realise it was a room in someone's home. So on arrival we were led through the hosts living room to get to the staircase. Then if you smoke you go to the hosts garden via her kitchen. We did go and do a little sightseeing so when we got back the host had gone to bed ? I couldn't get out into the garden for a smoke and it wasn't late, maybe 9pm I didnt feel comfortable at all as i like to wander from my room as i please to go outside, but here i felt like an indruder. Finding the property wasn't easy.. there are 4 parking spaces to the property but we were asked to park on the street, but lots of no entry signs on streets close by didn't make things easy. Breakfast was toast. Plumbs and some sort of cake. I do see some good reviews but for me I didn't enjoy my stay at all.

We booked because it offered parking. We were told to move the car to a public road. The breakfast was very poor. The room was dirty, we have photos if you need them. The cups in the room were dirty. We were glad to leave.

A great rest at a convenient location.

The location is perfect if you are travelling by train, as you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The host prepared for us a self baked bread and self made yogurt for breakfast. She was very flexible and arranged for an early check in as well as let us leave the bags at her property in the morning, so that we could have a walk in town before we took our train. We travelled with two children and got the whole attic to ouselves, with our own bathroom, which gave us a lot of privacy. The area was very calm and quiet and we enjoyed the personal touch which this location offered.

(not related to the location, but good to know). The train station is a bit confusing with different levels and exits. You need to follow the signs to the South Exit or South Carpark on the 1st floor to get to the right side of the railtrack to reach the location.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed and the welcome was warm and helpful. Excellent wifi made communication with home easy. Our hostess organised our airport taxi and communicated well.

Comfortable and a convenient location.

We had a huge bedroom in the attic with excellent facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast contained home made bread, yogurts and jam and was enough to set us up for the morning. It was very well situated for Rennes and was just a few minutes walk to the Metro. The host was charming and very helpful. We had a private parking space in front of the house which was really useful as we just left the car there for the duration of our stay.

There were many stairs up to the house and a winding staircase up to our bedroom which would make it difficult for someone who had difficulty walking.

Nice accomodation to visit Rennes.

Enormous loft room, loved it. Free parking outside, lovely friendly couple, really welcoming. Kettle in the room a great bonus as so many French hoteliers don't provide one.

A fridge in the room would have been great. Breakfast lovely but so little offered, cereals and fruit would have been a nice edition. Quite a long walk to town, lots of one ways near hotel and although parking was free it involved having to get our hire car up the kerb, no drop down slope, the owners should really sort that out.

Le descriptif de la chambre était chambre quadruple. 1 très grand lit double, 1 grand lit double. Or il n'y avait qu'un seul lit double ! Heureusement que c'était avec mon frère que je voyageais !

Das Bild auf Booking ist sehr irreführend. Das ist irgendeine Sehenswürdigkeit. Frühstück eher bescheiden. Gegend nicht so toll. Mühsame enge Treppe. Wir mussten die Koffer unten lassen.

L'hébergement est situé du bon côté de Rennes, a proximité du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients. Très calme. Le parking est un plus. L'hôtesse est accueillante et discrète et propose des produits maison pour le petit-déjeuner qui est copieux. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et la salle de bain est bien aménagée.

À l’arrivée Poussière non faite et poubelle non vidée. Chambre sous les combles : dans son jus et caniculaire. Tv lilliputienne Tarif prohibitif pour une chambre d’hôtes (330€ pdj et taxes incluse pour 2 nuits fin juin)

Überzeugte mich nicht

Die kleine Wohnung unterm Dach im 3. Stock war gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher vorhanden.. Das Stadtzentrum war nicht weit. Fahrräder konnte man unterbringen und direkt vor dem Gebäude parken.

Die Treppenstufen in den 3. Stock waren reichlich. Frühstück in der Küche der Besitzerin, relativ bescheiden.

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la belle intelligence des hôtes ☺️! Le petit déjeuner frais et maison, l’esthétique de la maison: extérieure et intérieure! Le lit très confortable, la propreté. Nos hôtes ont pris le temps de nous donner plein de conseils et suggestions sur la région, au delà de la ville de Rennes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour de deux nuitées et nous ne pouvons que conseiller les Chambres de Condate. Merci encore pour tout!! S&S!

Nette Unterkunft, mit guten Frühstück. Für einen Kurztrip bestens geeignet.

Madame war sehr nett. Das Frühstück gab es in der netten Küchen. Trotz Sprachbarriere war alles sehr gut.

Der Parkplatz war für unser Auto fast ein bisschen zu klein, aber wir haben es hin bekommen.
