Friendly, helpful hosts. Beautiful building. Suite was huge. Well appointed. Absolutely perfect location. Beautiful bathroom. Plenty of space. Great chance of finding parking right out front. Views of mountains, the piazza, Teatro Massimo are gorgeous. I'd stay here in a heartbeat should I visit Palermo again.
A handrail in shower would be helpful

The room was lovely & spacious with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having a kettle, coffee machine, and mini bar. The b&b is conveniently located to a lot of historic landmarks, restaurants, and the teatro. As two woman traveling, we felt extremely safe. The staff were kind and gracious.
This is extremely minor, some of the bathroom hardware needed repair (towel hook).
