Prime location with an unbeatable view! We stayed in room 3 with a balcony overlooking the Teatro Massimo/ Opera House. Stunning unobstructed view of Opera House and city, with table and chairs to enjoy the view. Comfortable and clean amenities, including coffee machine and light snacks to enjoy in communal area. Access point to building is easily accessible, and includes a lift/elevator to get to the 6th floor (no need to carry suitcases up stairs, or climb multiple levels to get to room) - perfect for those with mobility issues. Host helped us to store luggage while waiting for room as we arrived early. We stored our car in a nearby (350meters, approx 3-5min walk) secure car park available to guests at this hotel - Parcheggio del Centrostorico, for 25euro a day. There was also metered street parking directly in front of hotel, however we didn’t use this.

Free parking on street not always easy to find

The location is perfect, the room is very inviting, comfortable and always clean; the bed is made up every morning and fresh towels are provided. Bottles of water are provided and replaced everyday as well. The host is extremely attentive; always available to answer any questions, concerns or needs. Highly recommend staying here.
