The location is perfect, the room is very inviting, comfortable and always clean; the bed is made up every morning and fresh towels are provided. Bottles of water are provided and replaced everyday as well. The host is extremely attentive; always available to answer any questions, concerns or needs. Highly recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable, modern, and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were excellent, the air conditioning worked well, and the view overlooking Teatro Massimo was a wonderful bonus. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, which I appreciated.
The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was that the room could be a bit noisy when other guests were in the hallway, as sounds from the corridor were sometimes noticeable. However, this was not a major problem and would not prevent me from staying here again. Overall, I still consider it to have been a great stay.

The property was clean and tidy, with a lift to each floor and clean towels, bedding and toiletries supplied daily. The fridge was stocked with water and soft drinks essential for hot days sightseeing. It was well positioned with an amazing view over the city and central to all the attractions in Palermo.
