Perfect location
The bathroom needs some deep cleaning. Also the key system is weird, and the breakfast is a scam good coffee and croissant, but that’s it nothing else, and on top of that you have to leave the building to go to a cafe to get the breakfast, so not the best.

We had a 5 hour delay, meaning we were arriving after midnight. We informed the host and they were so kind and accommodating. We had breakfast in the family run Caffè just around the corner after a good night's sleep in a well airconditioned and quiet room. Again just smiles and positivity from the hosts. Very centrally located, nice and clean neighbourhood. Coffee machine present and cold bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge waiting for us. Effective blinds to make the room dark. Free wifi. Highly recommended!

La proprietaria è stata gentile. Non abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni riguardo al check-in; forse avremmo dovuto chiedere noi, ma pensavamo che ci fosse qualcuno in struttura ad accoglierci. In ogni caso, non è stato un grande problema, perché il bar dove viene servita la colazione si trova a 3 minuti dalla struttura e lì si possono anche ritirare le chiavi.
Siamo rimasti invece un po’ delusi dalla pulizia della camera, che a nostro parere non era molto pulita. Non c’era il coprimaterasso, le lenzuola erano messe al contrario e il bagno era un po’ sporco. Il giorno successivo il bagno è stato pulito, ma purtroppo non abbiamo notato un grande cambiamento.
In ogni caso, considerando le numerose recensioni positive, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più e siamo rimasti un po’ delusi. Detto questo, la struttura può andare bene per un pernottamento di breve durata.
