The women who work there are amazing—very friendly, kind, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The place was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice, and the location was very central and convenient.

Location was very good with everything close by
Were told by 1 member of staff that all the table and chairs for the balcony were occupied and then a different member said they are not allowed to have furniture on the balcony.Which one is it.The staff at breakfast very attentive on day 1 and day 2 we waited on coffee and there was no cutlery I think the staff were away cleaning rooms after visitors had left not the best

Great location, the host Alexandra was super nice, the rooms were clean and big, top hotel !!! Overlooking at Teatro Massimo was a high point

Great location.
Good communication with the staff before arriving in Palermo re parking etc.
Surprisingly quiet with the windows closed considering the location.
The main bed mattress and the sofa bed mattress could do with being replaced - the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable. There was a dodgy stain on the sofa cushion and the little bench.
The radiateur in the bathroom was rusty and the cleanliness of the shower questionable.
The worse was the smell of artificial home perfume which meant that we could bear having breakfast at the property.
