They need a lower level luggage storage. We did not need our luggage for this overnight, but we had to take it to our room.

Great location for exploring Palermo. Spacious rooms and lovely staff.
We were in Room 1 and it’s right next to the breakfast area so you are woken early by breakfast setup. Definitely no soundproofing. And no carpet in the hallway so unfortunately we heard everyone coming in and out all through the day/night. Also no towel rails in the bathroom so you have to hang towels on wall heater.

We were welcomed and helped by Stefania, she made us feel instantly at home and provided all the information we needed for the area and the BnB's facilities. The suite was perfect and so spacious with outstanding views, from the 3 balconies. The bed was the most comfortable we had in all our travels through Sicily. The breakfasts were excellent with a very good selection of foods, in a very pleasant dining area with views.
Nothing.

Great location. Good communication with the staff before arriving in Palermo re parking etc. Surprisingly quiet with the windows closed considering the location.
The main bed mattress and the sofa bed mattress could do with being replaced - the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable. There was a dodgy stain on the sofa cushion and the little bench. The radiateur in the bathroom was rusty and the cleanliness of the shower questionable. The worse was the smell of artificial home perfume which meant that we could bear having breakfast at the property.
