Cheaper price in comparison to other places , availability, no noise inside, rooms are warm and big! Good heating available.

No reception after 17.00 (self check in). Breakfast is overpriced. We stayed 4 nights (5 days) - there was NO cleaning / room service, no change of towels, nothing.. but there was some cleaning materials opposite our door, which stayed all the time there, but no one use it (room 302 and room 305) We booked a room for 3 person (2 adults + 1 child) - but room was prepared only for 2 pers. We arrived after 17.00 and were told by the phone that no personell available to solve our problem. We were lucky to find someone at the hotel that told us, that we can use another room prepared for 3 person. BUT.. there was no door key - we could not use it (close the door) - initially it was opened). Finally we moved the child’s bed by our own to our room with a key and managed the situation! Also we were charged extra 40 euro - at reception we were asked to pay taxes (though the price on booking already included taxes - we were told it is a problem in a system and we need to pay taxes extra at the hotel! Confusing... The hotel looks really poor;(
