The property was stunning. We booked a family apartment and it was very spacious. The views were exceptional. The staff were great and so was the breakfast.

The beds were very hard.

Great views of surrounding areas. Excellent room size. Attentive staff. Well serviced.

The room was spacious

The accommodation is marketed as a 4-star property; however, several aspects fell significantly short of this standard. Room and Facilities The room itself was generously sized but felt dated and in need of modernisation. Essential in-room amenities were missing or inadequate for a 4-star rating, including no kettle (which had to be requested), no bathrobe, and no slippers. The bathroom jacuzzi tub was not drained after use. It remained full of water for three days without being emptied or addressed by housekeeping, despite visible neglect. Used gel bottles from previous guests were left in the bathroom and never removed. Basic housekeeping was consistently substandard: a used cup was left untouched on the side, and when a shirt was deliberately left on the floor as a test, staff swept around it but did not pick it up or clean properly. Cleaning Standards Housekeeping appeared to perform only the bare minimum—making the bed and a cursory sweep of the floor—without thorough cleaning or attention to detail. This level of service does not align with 4-star expectations. Accessibility and Location Issues The property is situated on a steep 18% gradient, which may pose significant difficulties for guests with mobility issues (e.g., bad knees or back problems). There is no complimentary shuttle service to/from the base of the hill, requiring guests to take an expensive taxi for even short trips. While the room offered space and certain features (such as the jacuzzi), the combination of outdated facilities, poor housekeeping, missing amenities, and accessibility challenges resulted in an experience well below 4-star standards.
