The staff were amazing, always happy, friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel was close to everything. The pool was awesome and so was the swim up bar.
The only thing I didn't like was the first night my room was near the road, which was soooo noisy - as I am a light sleeper. So after my first night I went and talked to reception and they were so helpful and got me moved that day, nothing was a problem for them.

The pool and the pool bar. Smooth check in check out. Nice breakfast
Ac cooling was below par. No fans in room

The pool was really nice and walking out the door into the pool was awesome. The staff who made up the rooms were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The AC was cool but didn’t get cold, the shower leaked all over the floor from the cracked or missing grout. I checked out one day early as I was over sleeping in a humid room. I didn’t complain to reception, on checkout the generally pleasant supervisor tired into a rude abrupt cow. I called that behaviour out to her. She just shrugged it off
