Everything about this hotel felt spot on! They granted us early check in cause we reached early morning from a long flight. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast had a variety and was tasty. The pool was relaxing and had a nice slide. They gave us a voucher for fruits that were tasty. I would definitely stay there again!
Its a bit of a walk if you plan to walk to Patong but nothing apart from that.

The view and how nearby it is to everything.
The property is very old.. when we came to room the air conditioning was not working so they didn’t check the room before allocating.. when we called them to fix the issue they came late and on top of that they took 2hrs to fix the issue so we were sweating as the room was very hot.. when we told the receptionist about it she didn’t even say anything. apart from good view, jacuzzi and being in the centre for everything it doesn’t really offer much.. as you are going to phuket for vacation its very obvious youll be doing water activities or things that gonna make your clothes dirty.. but this property doesnt have even a washing machine. for one single piece of cloth they charge 100 bath.
We stayed for 4nights and everyday there was almost same breakfast buffet no changes to the options.
Last but not the least when you ask for just salt they ask you to pay for it 100 bath. Which is extremely surprising and weird as a 5star resort charging for small pinch of salt.
