I am very disappointed with the service we received during checkout. We have been staying at this hotel for the past three years, so we expected a much higher level of service and consideration. We had four rooms and requested at least one room to remain available for one additional hour so we could pray. Unfortunately, there was very poor coordination among the staff, and even at 1:00 PM, the room had still not been cleaned or prepared. When I returned to the room at around 11:45 AM, I found that my key card had been deactivated. This happened even though I had requested an extra hour from the manager on duty. Frankly, the timing made it feel as though deactivating my card was done as a form of retaliation or revenge because I had requested the additional hour. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after being loyal guests for three years. We expected better communication, coordination, and assistance from the hotel staff. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and investigates what happened. Loyal guests should be treated with respect and professionalism, even when making reasonable requests.

Location, clean, friendly staff, well organised.

More family rooms, not enough space/beds in the room we were allocated for a family of 4.

Location is great. Restaurants, bars , shops right outside. Easy walking to Patong Beach. Staff were warm and friendly.

Room dated and crying for a renovation. Bathroom conditions were shocking. Dirty and moulds can be seen all over the tiles and around the shower area (photo). Even the tap in the bathroom had yellow stains and dirty (photo). Housekeeping were sub standard. Asked for a replacement towels when she was doing her daily cleaning and told they run out of it.Also asked for hand towel to be replaced and was told she run out of that as well. Never been to a hotel where housekeeping run out of towels. Breakfast buffet spread though adequate (not a big spread), the qualities of the foods presented were also below of what I expected of a 4 stars rating hotel.
