    Palmyra is away from the congested area but an easy walk to all the cafes and resturants. The pool is not as big as it appears in the photos but adequate. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast was adequate

    I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While the pricing for the room was fantastic, I encountered a few issues during my time there. First, there were pest concerns in the room, including small ants coming from the glass window and a small lizard. Additionally, the lighting in the room was very low. Finally, there was a communication issue regarding my departure. I experienced a lack of flexibility, as not even one extra minute was allowed for a late checkout. I hope you find this feedback constructive for improving the guest experience.

    We've stayed here three times now, and will return again! Well located for us with everything accessible via short walk distances, but set well back from street so it's very quiet, and the staff are wonderful! Hotel has a real boutique-y feel to it; breakfast buffet with fresh, cooked to order eggs in poolside open,m/under cover dining area; great laundry service (and tours/activities etc) run by lovely family towards the top of long driveway on the property, to the street; short walk to Patong beach, loads of restaurants, local shopping, Bangla Rd nightlife, bars, etc and pharmacies, convenience stores & currency exchange booths on the doorstep. We stay in pool access room which is generous in size and so always assured of a poolside seat (sun lounges available on other side/in common area, where there's also a bar for drinks & snacks with some outdoor tables. The pool area is on the small side, but in our experience has always been sufficient to cater to relatively small number/ratio of guest/rooms. We always feel welcome, safe, and very comfortable here, and will return again next year. Our sincere thanks to staff for smother enjoyable stay.
