    Came here during Mid August 2026 with 2 older children. We booked the duplex villa facing swimming pool. Overall the staff are friendly, breakfast was ok, but loves the fresh eggs made on demand, however the buffet only comes with limited choices. Location is good further away from the main road so it's quiet during night. Only negative part is we found a used underwear in the master bedroom bathroom when we check-in. Other than that no issues with the cleanliness as the staff comes in and tidy up our villa every morning Swimming pool is kind of small but it's not an issue for us as we came here for the Phuket scenery

    Palmyra is away from the congested area but an easy walk to all the cafes and resturants. The pool is not as big as it appears in the photos but adequate. The room was neat and clean and the breakfast was adequate

    I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While the pricing for the room was fantastic, I encountered a few issues during my time there. First, there were pest concerns in the room, including small ants coming from the glass window and a small lizard. Additionally, the lighting in the room was very low. Finally, there was a communication issue regarding my departure. I experienced a lack of flexibility, as not even one extra minute was allowed for a late checkout. I hope you find this feedback constructive for improving the guest experience.
