The new rooms was very good , the pool and the pool bar was great !
The small water park in the pool isn’t well maintained, the reception service in the check in was messy and not organized, was very long and not welcoming .

Always In this hotel this is the best hotel to live near patong beach hotel staff are always welcoming and respectful and friendly and helpful and they give us upgraded rooms before we ask love staff also good breakfast as well
