The staff was amazing at BYD lofts. Specifically the front desks ladies and the staff at the restaurant. One of our friends got sick and they were extremely kind and accommodating. We all felt safe and our room was very clean. I highly recommend staying here in Patong.

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. A special mention for their breakfast and the open air dining area which was the highlight of the mornings. We would definitely come back
