    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is good — quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk to the beach. We were especially impressed by how well the grounds were maintained. Every day, we saw the gardener working diligently to keep the gardens beautifully tidy and immaculate. Their hard work and dedication really enhanced the relaxing atmosphere of the property. We’ll definitely be back again.

    Stayed in three different areas in Phuket and this was my favorite. View from the 16th floor was outstanding. Restaurant staff were fantastic. Sky lounge was a lovely dinner as well. Nice tucked away area.

    I am leaving this review to describe a serious safety incident at the hotel’s swimming pool that resulted in my friend suffering a heavily damaged teeth when he hit a hidden concrete step under the water, which was not visible from above. On March 16 around 6pm, my friends and I were chilling at the pool and one of my friends was diving under water when he his tooth struck the concrete stair under water, resulting in serious bleeding and a visible crack on his tooth. It was discovered that there was a concrete stair / ledge under the pool surface that was not visible from above the water because there were no markings, contrasting tiles, or warning signs. From the pool deck and from inside the pool, the water looked like a uniform depth, and nothing indicated that there were steps hidden under the water where we entered / where we were walking. We notified the front desk receptionist immediately, but to our frustration, the staff did not call an ambulance or recommend a hospital - we had to call the dental clinic (mind you we could not make Thai calls on our phones!!) and arrange transportation on our own!! Unsurprisingly, no one from management followed up with us about medical costs or safety improvements during our stay. It was an extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and we hope the Hotel and its management can give us a response on this matter.
