Rooms were excellent and spacious. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didnt experience since it was too costly.

Free shuttle bus service could be extended till 10 pm atleast. It may be rearranged at 2 hr interval. This will become convenient to the travellers who are visiting Patong beach in the evening and will be easy to return to the hotel.

Spa jacuzzi on the balcony was just such a treat the room and bathroom was also lovely x staff where so nice helpful

The resort isn’t quite how it used to be, but it’s still a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It’s located up on the hill, surrounded by nature, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the sounds of wildlife and running water, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere.

The room also had several issues. The bathroom sink drain was broken, the chair by the pool was damaged, and the AC in the suite was not working even though it was listed as included in the booking. Service was also inconsistent. We had bathrobes once but never received them again, and sometimes we were given pool towels while other times we were not. The room was also not cleaned unless we specifically asked, which was surprising for a resort. The pool was very dirty during our stay, with leaves, insects, and cloudy water. We understand that this may partly be due to the monsoon season, but it still seemed like the staff were not doing enough to keep it clean. This was especially disappointing because we booked a pool access room specifically to enjoy the pool, but we only ended up swimming a few times.
