    The custoner service is very bad and completely unacceptable. The behavior of a lady with young age (can be often found during the morninv shift/time) is so rude always without any reason in case of any service. Example: while I was checking in I was clarified that the breakfast start servinv from 8AM. If i go out for sightseeing and cant dine in, then we may take away and they will make patcels. While on the day, I approached the reception for that support, they completely denied and didnt keep the commitment at all. She also misbehaved with me. Also in agoda page, it says room with specious balcony. I paid more for the balvony. But honstly one person cannot even stand there. Additionally all the transformers of main electric line and outdoors of air conditioners around and so close while you will find it verh risky to even opening the balcony door. Completely fake info. Not a vouple friendly hotel at all.

The property feels a bit congested, and the overall atmosphere isn't very quiet or spacious. It's more suited for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring and only need a comfortable place to sleep. In summary, it's a practical choice for a short, nightlife-focused visit to Patong, but those seeking a calm and relaxing holiday may want to consider other options.
