Was a happy stay and a good choice & value!!

THE LOCATION, the staff kindness !!

The air conditioning to heat the room was a little bit noisy, and also i booked twin large bed but unfortunately at the reception they told me we don’t have this option 🙃 was surprised.

Lovely hotel but too noisy at night.

Lovely presented hotel and very clean. Friendly reception staff.

I couldn't sleep as there was such loud base music playing until nearly 2am from a bar/club next door. I had an early train to catch and this was really inconvenient. Also the room doors didn't have closers on them so there were the sounds of heavy slamming doors until the early hours.

First Trip to France, and I loved it

Everything. The hotel staff were very accommodating and polite. I was able to extend my checkout without fuss. The room itself was neat, tidy and clean. I was provided with more than enough towels etc. The neighborhood is very safe and the hotel is close to shops and eateries. The train station is less than 1km away and an easy walk.

Noisy neighbors. Banging of doors and scraping of furniture across the floors at all hours. Once again, this was not the fault of the hotel. However, if signage can be used as reminders for guests to be conscious of others, that would be great.

A nice hotel in good location.

A lovely modern hotel in an ideal location for exploring Paris. Breakfast was lovely. Parking secure and underground.

We arrived late at night and the children’s sofa bed was not made, we had to pull this out ourselves.

It was a good stay

I was able to use microwave, and spoons knives etc were available. it's appropriate for a family.

Cleaners knocking and entering the room without waiting to be given permission. Fire alarm on Saturday disturbed our sleep on Saturday morning.

Great stay overall! Will re consider when coming back to Paris!

Size of room and amenities. Cleanliness throughout, and the staff changed the towels and sheets daily. A free water dispensing machine in the lobby downstairs is also a nice touch. Cafeteria open daily if in need of a coffee or a quick bite.

The bed is a little stiff and a bit uncomfortable. The 15min walk to the closest metro station, but if you’re fine with walking (and the weather is good), no problem.

Beautiful and perfect hotel, location was not ideal

The location is not what it says here! It is no where near the city centre. We were exactly 1.1km walk from the hotel to the nearest metro station. Secondly, we had to get 2 different metros home from the city. It is a full 2.5 hours from Paris Beauvais airport- 2 metros and 1.5 hour bus journey: this hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, staff are super friendly but location was the biggest disappointment for us as a young couple exploring the city.

Top Quslity

This is a really lovely place to stay at, I even saw manager or manageress cleaning the floors in the lobby. My room was spotless. Ability buy items at reception water, alcohol etc The hotel is close to RER for access to central Paris but local area is very friendly and Soulcat next door Irish bar is a bonus, not heard from the hotel. A 1min walk around the corner. I will definitely be returning again. chapeau 👏👏👏

Clean and all amenities are available

Design is very nice as pictured. Everything is new and clean. A washer and dryer is available. Location is very good with lots of shops and restaurants and the hotel is one bus stop away from the train that goes straight to the Paris center.

The mattress is ok, but could be better. Washer had a smell a little when I opened it.

Clean and spacious rooms, new and modernly equipped. It's great that there is a kitchen and a fridge in the room.

For us, the absence of a toilet brush is a big minus. Strong smell from waste in the hotel premises, but ok in the room.

Good and pleasent say near the centre of Paris

Nice room we had voor 4 persons. Clean bed and one sofabed. Good location and quiet room on 4th level. We got extra pillows as we requested. Also coffee machine and water heater for tea and refrigerator was in the room so we could keep drinks cold. Also the hotel had nice breakfast with variety of foods

Parking was very small under the hotel and the signs to the parking were difficult to find.

Quiet location, great for a short lazy vocation.

Very quiet area. Some interesting shops nearby. Large park is walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and are well furnished.

Climate system did not work and could not be fixed, although front desk staff provided us with two plug in heaters.

It served its purpose, somewhere to sleep only but very dusty.

Modern. Worry free parking.

We were allocated a room which had just been vacated & still unmade. We went back to reception & were allocated another room which was also unmade. Third time we were allocated a made up room which was very dusty. There was a thick layer of dust on the table, taps, toilet roll holder, sink and that’s what we could see with our eyes. This brought on my asthma. There were 2 lampshades in our room & both had no lightbulbs. Don’t get me started on the pillows.

Not central but quite a nice hotel

It was a clean room, not too small, not too big. Daily cleaning was given. Kitchen was available in the room. Amenities and towels were okay. Private parking was available. Laundry room was also there which was awesome. There was a supermarket just behind the hotel.

Shower was leaking but it wasn't a big deal. Location was not central but the price was good enough for us. Utensils in the kitchen was not very clean though, we got to wash them ourselves first before using.

Hotel with benefits

Tulip Residences is a hotel, which truly cares about you. After a long journey to Paris we were exhausted and didn’t want to look for a place to eat but Tulips had our back. We just needed to scrap up some of the residual food waste that was lying on the floor room to cook an amazing meal. To top it all off, they even provided us with some free hygiene products in the form of used Q-tips from the previous guest, which were also lying on the floor. Now that’s true customer service. In addition, Tulips really cares about the environment as they won’t clean the room for the entirety of your stay. I never felt so comfortable staying in a dirty room. 10/10 would visit again!
