Nice escape, homey interior, excellent retreat nest after a long drive.

The interior of the room.

It's a bit too simple with the facility, for example, no bar, no restaurant or no food room service, but perhaps I put the 5-star standard here, I do appreciate the service very much and loved it. It could be more friendly, and I expected the service, food, or bar to be somewhere I could stay in the hotel. A pair of slippers, cotton swabs, more surfaces for skincare products or make-up in the bathroom, or tiny snacks, a robe would be really perfect, really. For me.

Great stay to finish our trip

We stayed three nights and received a warm welcome and free parking in the secure underground parking area. We also received a free upgrade on our room. Lovely spacious bathroom with a nice walk in shower. Tea making facilities were a nice addition. Breakfast was included in our stay, very basic although something there for everyone to eat. Walk to train station was a good 15mins. Took us a little while to navigate the train system. Would recommend doing a bit of research. We travelled to centre of Paris and Euro Disney, for people travelling to Disney on the train you do need to change trains after two stops. Only €5 for a return trip. Trains run very regularly. Big bus tour recommended for Paris to see the iconic sights.

The rooms were clean, the staff were great. The only thing that was off was the gym, it was not as great as I expected.

Personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The parking facilities, were a much better option than outside the hotel. Be aware if you have a larger car, the parking spaces in the garage are quite small and there are lots of pillars. Breakfast was standard but ok Room was on the smaller side but equipped with everything necessary - nice comfy bed

The reception had a very very penetrating strong perfume, got a headache from being there for the check-in process.

the water from the shower was basically splashing all over the bathroom. The location is a bit far from the RER station, around 20 minutes walking with some hills haha, but nothing we couldn’t manage.

Fab modern, clean, hotel with great location

very clean & modern, great location on the river & by car it was very easy to travel to Euro Disney & Central Paris. 10-20 mins (traffic dependant). The beds are incredibly comfortable (family of 4 stayed for 3 nights, x rooms). Facilitates very good. Good shower & plenty of room in the bathroom to get ready for the evening. quiet surroundings, enabling a good nights sleep. helpful & friendly reception colleagues, one of my children felt unwell and they supported to find a pharmacy over the new year period. overall I was delighted with the facilities & location. we plan to return in the summer to make use of the outdoor pool & summer vibe on the river.

miss communication about the car park. I paid for parking x3 nights but it is not an allocated parking space - it’s a first come, first served basis. we were advised & found parking directly next to the hotel for free anyway so it wasn’t a problem at all, plus I was instantly refunded the cost of the parking. it’s more if you pay for parking it would be better to allocate a space or advise non available but where to park for free to avoid the above miss communication.
