Comfortable but also clean and upkeeping of the facilities to bare minimum

The location and the full autonomy of each studio

The bathroom was not exceptionally clean The shower plate presented several signs of wear and tear The boiler is very exposed, and noisy in the bathroom when shower is in use

Decent accommodation, friendly staff and good value for money

Very friendly staff, everything was clean including the kitchen facilities, supermarket and a few shops nearby, close to an RER station.

The hotel was kind of hard to find as it shares the address with student accommodation under another name. Online pictures of common areas were a little misleading (no lounge area as shown).

Excellent price-quality ratio, cleanness, and exceptional hospitality.

I stayed for a week in this facility, and I recommend it. Everything is in accordance with the description. In comparison with my previous accommodation in Paris, this room was spacious enough, clean (room and hallway), and the price-quality ratio is excellent. I also enjoyed my room's view to the Eiffel Tower :-) I would like to point out the hospitality, the nice welcome at the reception and the welcome drink in the room. Mr. Christophe at the front desk was an exceptional host and open to answer and resolve any question. RER A station is close to the facility, and it takes just 4 train stations to the city center (Chatelet station), from where you can go anywhere in Paris.

The hotel for the fees was excellent value for money - totally exceeded expectations

Comfy bed, good position near train and supermarket / cafe - could see Eiffel Tower in distance. Great facilities, cooker hob/ microwave, fridge, table and chairs, TV, shower, towel rail, hair dryer, towels, good nets and thick curtains

Could have been advised about the rubbish, given it was over Easter break and our bin was over flowing. Paid for tax which wasn't clear on booking. I in error paid by cash then on card, when asked for cash back instead, was 'some hassle' for the receptionist.

Excellent location, large rooms and attentive staff

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes of walk from the nearest RER A station. The room was large, with sound proof window equipped with an external rolling metal shutter, a nice table, two chairs, a comfortable bed and a closet with sliding doors. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower cabin was clean and comfortable, it had a plastic floor.

Not worth the expense

Dusty, moldy room. Directly next to the train. With the window open it was extremely loud with passing trains. Prepaid, non refundable, non cancelable rate was forced to pay €187 additional after arrival. Additional charge was not disclosed in listing.

There is an escalator in the building which helps tourists with multiple luggages. There are multiple washing machines and dryer in the building.

There was no emergency number to contact in regards to the building. Once the reception is closed, there is alternative person who can answer your enquires immediately. I had to call third party to solve my issue

1. The hosts were helpful and pleasant to interact with. 2. The location was good and close to public transport with good connections to the city

1. Unclear or incorrect description which stated that: - they had a washing machine in the room itself. This turned out to not be the case at all. - the room was a garden facing room in a quiet area. This was not the case, it was street facing and had extensive trucks etc. traffic from 6am in the morning itself - The description nowhere stated that since we were staying there for 8 days, we would not be getting fresh linen or housekeeping during the entire stay which was the case with us. We were told we could get housekeeping or linen change by paying extra. - The description did not state that we would have to take out our own trash and couldn't leave it in the bins in the room

Very disappointed in this hotel/ apartment.

The location.

I was traveling with my colleagues, made the reservation weeks in advance and my colleagues room was cancelled the day before. We where already on our way. They where positioned 30 min away, which left me on my own. The room is tiny, hot and not the cleanest, I never saw anyone for check in or check out. The fridge makes a very loud noise all night, and the beds are stones.

Disappointing

The hostal was well located with a train station nearby, the bed was comfortable and the room size was fine.

Apart from the lady at the breakfast, we didn't see anyone from the staff, even during the timetable they give. When you arrive you can enter in your room following the instructions they give you, but since you are supposed to pay at the front desk this is an inconvenient when they don't follow the schedule they give. When i did the booking I received a big block on my credit card from a name that has nothing to be with the hotel's name, thus I thought I was being scammed and cancelled my card...apparently it was the hotel.. even though is specified they charge you at the front desk... i would understand blocking a small amount to check the validity of the card, but not a block of more than 150euros and more than 2 months in advance of the estance dates. Then, when they weren't at the front desk when they were supposed to be, I called them, and it was just a machine with a message that they will call you back. I ended contacting them via booking and they offered me to come back in the afternoon, but when you go for a weekend to Paris you don't want to be back and forth at the hotel that it's not in the centre.. or give to them via phone my card information..which i didn't want to give them for obvious reasons. I offered to them to pay via transfer and they sent me the bill after our estance, so at least they comply with the solution. In general it's not a bad hotel but the administration is very poor, and that's why i give them this rank. I wouldn't repeat unless is not strictly necessary.

fully automated, close to RER and the Vincennes park, but otherwise not the appealing immediate neighbourhood.

little noisy if the neighbours aren’t exceptionally quiet. Also never ever been to such a place where there is no toilet paper provided, had to go ant hunt for a shop in the evening since no reception after working hours. Not sure if was a concept or just a human error, but not fun.

A “roleplaying” nightmare !

Check in and service on arrival was appalling. inefficient and unprofessional, the receptionist told us she wasn’t expecting us despite having booking two months prior. Bedrooms and bathroom dirty with hairs, doesn’t appear as seen in the photographs, heating didn’t work in January. Upon check out were charged double for the breakfast service and accused of roleplaying as fictional characters in order to have free breakfast, the manager is an incredibly rude woman. Poor location, not even inside the city. Do not recommend.

The hotel is nicely located and the surrounding is nice to walk around.

Cleaning service should be more regular, maybe once every 3 days.
