Perfect sanctury

Everything was perfect. Very clean, very relaxing, exactly what we needed after 2 days of walking around Brussels and Brugge. We spent an afternoon using the spa in the basement then relaxed outside in the private garden space. Supermarket is a 4 minute walk at the bottom of the road. Plenty of transport links, we used e scooters to get around.

Steps to the basement are a little steep and that is also where the restroom is. Some may find this difficult. I was recovering from a broken foot so was a little nervous using them. But its worth the climb down to get into the relaxing cool space at the bottom.

This is probably the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was clean, and the hosts left a booklet containing lots of information about the apartment facilities and the local area (including transport options, supermarkets and restaurants). The bed was extremely comfortable, the living room was cosy and homely, and having a private spa made our trip all the more special! The location is great (15min bus journey to Brussels Midi, 10min metro journey to the centre). I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Brussels, and we would certainly stay again if we come back to Brussels!

Très décevant

Au premier abord joli appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement le 14/02/2026 et notre expérience a été très décevante. À notre arrivée, les instructions d’accès n’étaient pas fonctionnelles : aucune réponse à l’interphone et le code fourni pour la boîte à clé était incorrect. Nous avons dû attendre qu’un résident sorte du bâtiment pour pouvoir entrer. Le jacuzzi, qui était un critère déterminant dans notre réservation, était inutilisable : absence de bouchon pour remplir la baignoire et système de bulles non fonctionnel. Cela ne correspond absolument pas à l’annonce. La salle de bain présentait également un problème important d’évacuation : l’eau de la douche stagnait et inondait partiellement la pièce après chaque utilisation, sans aucun matériel mis à disposition pour gérer la situation. Nous avons tenté de contacter le propriétaire à deux reprises sans réponse immédiate. Ce n’est que le lendemain matin que nous avons reçu un message. Nous avons par ailleurs été informés de la présence de caméras dans le logement, information qui ne nous avait pas été communiquée auparavant, ce qui a été très inconfortable en termes de respect de la vie privée. Au vu de ces nombreux manquements, le logement ne correspondait pas aux prestations annoncées et cela a fortement impacté notre séjour.

Très beau logement, mais manque de propreté

La décoration et l'agencement sont très bien, le sauna également

Beaucoup de poussière sur les appuis de fenêtres, toiles d'araignées, beaucoup de moisissures au plafond et sur les murs de l'espace spa. Des odeurs nauséabondes dans la hammam nous l'a rendu impraticable.

Impeccable

Le logement est proche d’un supermarché ainsi que de la station de métro donc facile d’accès , la propriétaire est super accueillante et agréable . L’appartement est très joli , bien équipée en règle général , le lit est confortable, et tout ce qui est bien-être ( spa ) est très facile d’utilisation et t’es agréable . Nous avons passé un super séjour le rapport qualité prix est top , tout est privatif je recommande à 100%

Tout était parfait , si je dois donner un conseil à la propriétaire c’est juste de changer les piles des bougies , et mettre du papier sulfurisé à disposition pour le four . Si pas rien de négatif nous avons adorer ce séjour

Les poussières sur le plafond de la chambre à coucher ! Manque un sèche cheveux à la salle de bain 🧼 Manque un presse agrumes 🍊 à la cuisine
