A generally good stay and would likely visit again.

Great location and staff. Spacious room with mini kitchen and sitting/eating area, somewhat dated. Comfortable beds. Large screen tv and great Wi-Fi.

Like so many historic older buildings in Mexico there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. Rubber stoppers in sink and shower might help.

The kitchen sink wasn't draining well. I took sometime to unclog it. It still needs cleaning. Dark. Especially at the 'kitchen' area. There is a very noisy machine (washer?) running every few minutes during the day.

Awesome Hosts and An Incredible Stay

Hosts offered excellent communications prior to arrival. They were very accommodating with.my late arrival due to traffic en route. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Great Room. Quiet. Clean. Everything you need. Nice huge TV. Staff is fantastic. We were there to recover for a medical situation and they made sure we had a quiet private area for sleeping. Very nice maids and staff

Simple but Nice Space for a short stay

Walking distance from many restaurants and shopping, sights to see. Room was cute, adequate size for two people, clean bathroom. They have a reception desk that can help with information if you need.

Good value for the price if you get the right room. Well managed.

This place was a good value for the price. We had the Sol room on the second floor and it was large with two beds, a kitchenette and a good-sized bathroom. The management (I don't remember the gentleman's name), was professional and thorough. Close to market, restaurants, botanical garden. Very clean and seemed well managed.

We traveled with three friends. Our room was quite large and well appointed, while one of our friends rooms didn't have any windows at all and the other friend's room was tiny and claustrophobic. Check your room before you commit. The ground floor was cement, like a parking lot. It would have been nice to have a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the sun. Maybe add some tables and chairs or put something up on the roof?

Acommodation with a nice yard, helpful staff, located 10 min walk to the center. Good place to hike to Nevado de Toluca, we payed 950 pesos for a taxi driver, who waited for us there to do the hike and drove us back.

Not many windows in the room, so not much light. Not very quiet at night.

The place is really nice, clean and spacious. It has kitchen facilities, and it's close to everything in downtown.

The mattress was a nightmare. Too soft, didn't support my body. I felt I was sinking in so I ended up sleeping on the floor. Never happened to me before!

It's a nice place for the money, conveniently located near the town center. Short walk to Cosmovitral for instance. Can't really understand how this sports a 9.5 rating, however. It was clean but it's a standard 25m2 room, no window, up a flight of stairs, so I think it's 8-ish personally.

Everything was good - but not excellent as advertised

The 'suite' was very tired in decor and comfort ... this is an 8.0 not a 9.5 place to stay. Giving it such a high rating is misleading - as are some of the photos. It's a good, but not a great place to stay

Excellent location right in Toluca Centro. Perfect for our visit and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful. Gave us advice about getting around town and seeing various sights, including Nevado de Toluca. Our room was very private and the private shower and bathroom area were both very clean. The hotel has a small courtyard which is nice for relaxing in.
