Very convenient and close to the Nemesion Diez Stadium and Los Portales.

The room was very quiet.

Upon entering, it had a different/weird smell. I think because of poor circulation.

Terrible hotel, old and smelly

Hotel is very old, carpets stink and place looks scary. They promised free breakfast called the night before booking and they say they did have breakfast. Next morning they told us the restaurant was closed.

Everything the only thing we liked was the location which was 9 min away from our appointment . I booked this one in particular for the free full breakfast and the restaurant was closed.

Great location, very central. Walking distance to everything downtown. Oxxo and some restaurants right around the corner. Parking is very safe. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable.

Restaurant wasn't opened while I was there despite saying it was online. Rooms get very hot inside and there are no screens if you want to open the window.

Its a super super old place. Door lock did not work so I was not able to lock the door the whole night. The lights were terrible almost no light. So many things need to be updated. It needs a serious restoration. The staff was great! Thats the only positive thing and the location

Excelente ubicación. Se puede caminar hacia la catedral y los portales. Buena atención.

No se aisla el ruido. Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas como si no hubiera separación. El restaurante es atendido por una sola persona; no aceptan pago con tarjeta.

La facilidad de reservar en línea

Para esta temporada de frío deberían poner ropa de cama más caliente y si reservo para más de 2 personas poner las toallas para cada una, la televisión no encendía con el control, la puerta no le servía el pasador de seguridad, la habitación no tenía ni una botellita de agua de cortesia y el dependiente tampoco ofreció.
