nice concept

the room was nice size and decorated nicely

lots of outside noise, from cars on the street, people inside walking in hallway talking loudly, loud music, in the middle of the night something dropped on the ceiling and woke us up.

We turned up after 4pm and the room was still being cleaned so had to wait around, but we had only booked online a short time before.

It seemed to be a hotel for people to take prostitutes to, rather than people staying for a whole night, i guess the price, facilitiesand service reflect this. The walls were thin, you could hear screaming, moaning, music and TVs at all hours. As well as people and staff along the halls. My first room the toilet didn't work, second I walked in on a guest/s as it was occupied, third I was in long enough to look at the bed, it was gross, the pillows were worse than your perpetually single mates spares , the floor was sticky, the towels looked like Nona's teatowels, and it was musky like cigarettes. (Non smoking room) The room service was terrible, I took one bite and left it to avoid food poisoning. You don't want to see the pictures.

Buena opción de estancia en Toluca!

La habitación es confortable. La ducha funcional y con mobiliario de buen gusto. La iluminación es atípica para un hotel dándole un toque distinto. La alfombra del pasillo permite que no se escuche la llegada de otros huespedes.

Proporcionar opción de una habitación más alejada de la avenida Tollocan ya que se alcanza a escuchar el ruido de los vehículos de grandes dimensiones. El estacionamiento es de maniobra complicada ya que aprovechan el espacio al máximo y sus 'cajones' son de medida justa.

Decepción esperaba mejor servicio.

Al llegar nos atendieron muy bien y el lugar tiene bonita fachada pero es un Motel, las luces de la habitación son muy tenues.

Para empezar el costo del desayuno es elevado 190 pesos, que supuestamente incluye jugo o fruta y no te llevan ni jugo ni fruta, las habitaciones tienen mala iluminación y no te permiten hacer actividades normales, no hay privacidad porque adentro de la habitación se escucha lo que hacen en la habitación de al lado y por parte del servicio, no tienen la minima tolerancia porque solicite entregar la habitación media hora más tarde porque tenia un compromiso que terminaba a las 12 y solicite me dejaran regresar a cambiarme la ropa en la habitación y no me dieron esa posibilidad, tenia que pagar 6 horas más de servicio por eso tuve que cambiarme en un baño para no pagar más.

Lo que no me gustó fue que alguien abrió la puerta y la volvió a cerrar. Llame a recepción pero dijo que nadie de servicio estaba allí. Así que será una incógnita

De nada sirve hacer reservacion para habitación suite Junior con cama king size si a la mera hora te van a dar una habitación con dos camas individuales 🙄 Deberían respetar la reserva de la habitación que se hace por la aplicación

La actitud del personal de recepción no es muy agradable del todo, y no tienen un correcto control de las personas que se hospedan y las que solo pagan por tiempo, resulta un poco hostigante que todo el tiempo estén preguntando de donde eres, a donde vas y si regresas, ya que por logica si estoy hospedada regresare durante mi estancia. Tambien no tienen la información actualizada, yo realice el pago por transferencia como lo pidieron y al llegar me pedian pagar, les mostre el comprobante y aun asi lo dudaban.

Aber von allen Hotels die wir besuchten hatte es die beste Qualität was die Bauausführung und die Ausstattung betrifft. Mit europäischen/ deutschen Standard. Einziges Manko. Einchecken vor 15 Uhr war nicht möglich
