Trumpan Cottage Bed & Breakfast

A lovely family with a beautiful home in a breathtakingly beautiful place. What could go wrong? :)

Could not recommend Trumpan Cottage enough. This is truly your home away from home, thanks to the warmest welcome from Lesley, her husband John, her dad Douglas and their gorgeous dog Bracken. From the beautiful rooms, to a lovely homemade breakfast and so many extra little details (even eye masks!), Lesley has thought of everything and beyond, and is exceptional at what she does. The remote location only adds to the character of the place with the views, and is very much worth the spin. Fabulous.

Our favourite BnB. Ever. A beautiful property in a serene, picturesque setting. The views from our bedroom windows were stunning - like gazing out at an oil painting. Modern, clean, charming, comfortable facilities. And quiet! Just lovely. Then add the amazing hosts. Leslie could not have been more approachable, helpful, friendly or kind. It was more like staying with a friend than a host, but a friend who afforded you complete privacy until you wanted or needed something. Her husband John and father Douglas, while in the background, were also absolutely quality folk. We thoroughly enjoyed sharing time with two top blokes (and munching on a piece of Douglas's yummy home made banana bread). We cannot recommend Trumpan Cottage highly enough. Stay there!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Lesley goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and cared for. The homemade porridge for breakfast was lovely, as was the company. But I was even more touched by all the little details for extra comfort in the room. She's really thought of everything! A big thanks to all for opening your home.

The duration of my stay was disappointingly short. I have my eye on this spot for a nice week-long getaway.
