Old Town-Booking Apartment

Hervorragende Unterkunft! Im Gegensatz zu sehr vielen anderen Unterkünften in Tbilisi handelt es sich bei dieser Wohnung wirklich um eine hochwertige Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern, schön renoviert und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Zudem sehr geräumig mit viel Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist phänomenal: Direkt am Rand der Altstadt aber in einem Hinterhof, so dass es total ruhig ist. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine Klimaanlage und kann daher auch im Sommer in der sehr heissen Stadt runtergekühlt werden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family trip. The location was especially great — very close to the sulfur baths, the old town, restaurants, and many beautiful places to walk. It was easy to explore Tbilisi from there. The atmosphere of the area was wonderful.

1. Excellent location - everywhere walkable. 2. A very responsive host - replied to messages at odd hours. 3. Huge space - comfortable and large bed, large living room. 4. Away from main street and hence quite. 5. Very good value for money.

1. There was leftover food from the previous tenant in the microwave - in a bowl as if they forgot to dispose and the cleaners didn’t clean the thing. 2. The water kettle was not clean - a lot of slime which we cleaned it. 3. There was a damp smell when we checked which didn’t go away for the 5 days we were there.
