Красиво декорированная в старом доме, самый центр района серных бань. Квартира соответствует фото, отремонтирована с уважением к истории, даже лестница в подъезде. Есть всё необходимое - небольшой холодильник, плита, довольно большой набор посуды, гейзерная кофеварка и турка, стиральная машина. В основной спальне хороший матрас, хорошее постельное белье. Есть два кондиционера в спальнях, мы ими правда не пользовались. Рядом несколько маркетов, круглосуточный спар, кафе, банкоматы.
Состояние ванной комнаты несколько печалило, в целом всё работает и напор воды хороший, но присутствует запах из канализации и треснувшая плитка на полу добавляет неприятных ощущений :( в детской спальне на нижнем ярусе неудобный пружинный матрас, кривой и белье постоянно сползало. Ну и в целом конечно хотелось бы обновить стены, у гейзерной кофеварки ручку починить. Район конечно шумный, песни, гулянья до поздней ночи
