The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of historic Tbilisi in one of the old buildings with a beautiful balcony. It is right next to the baths, a waterfall, the river, and the rest of the old town. It was very enjoyable. And the place was huge.

Z tohoto ubytování jsme byli zcela nadšeni . Velmi prostorný byt i pro velkou rodinu , všude dostatek místa. Vše dokonale čisté a pohodlné . Výborná lokalita přímo naproti lázním . Skvělá komunikace s majitelem , který nám se vším pomohl . Doporučuji všemi deseti . Moc příjemný pobyt .Děkujeme

Лучшее место в Тбилиси. Прекрасная локация. В квартире есть все для для комфортной жизни. Даже стоит два wi-fi в разных частях квартиры для лучшего сигнала. И отличные кровати. А уж вид с балкона - на Авлабарские бани - потрясающий. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

The best location if you want to stay in the heart of the old Tbilisi and you need 4 rooms for up to 8 people! Everything you need is there! Very responsive host.
The washing mashine is in horrible state due to the mold being everywhere. Beds are hard and pillows are not soft at all.
