Loved the location and the ease to get to the beach. Rooms were immaculate and really lounge friendly which was good.

Disgusting, sewage issues and filthy

Not much! Avoid at all costs

Not only was the room and spa filthy! There was a stench of Sewage coming from the bathroom and when we advised the staff we were told it wasn’t true? Although we had paid for 2 nights we had left and booked elsewhere after the first night which we only stayed as we had arrived late in the day.

Great stay!

The location is top notch and also the bed, full and spacious. Modern design and amazing balcony.

Cleaning could be better. The place looks clean but there are signs of hasty cleaning all over the room and bathroom. The cleaning lady came only once the very second day at 10AM and banged on the door saying she needed to change the towels but we politely refused since we didn't really have time to use them even once. No show after that, the same sheets and towels for all 4 days.

The city had its own issues, and we did not swim in the close vicinity. We decided to swim at different locations, which was more appealing and appropriate for our family.

Luxurious stay in Vlore

Very clean, almost brand new. Stylish decor with high quality finish throughout. Decent sized rooms with a great view of the beach, sea and sunset. Very good location for bars, restaurants and shops. Jacuzzi in the room was great - robe and slippers are provided along with other complimentary toiletry products. The staff were helpful and attentive. Underground parking seemed to be safe and secure (not easy to find at first but staff were very helpful with this). We only went for the breakfast once but it was fine, and the waiter was lovely. When walking along the beachfront I don’t think there were any hotels with such a high specification.

There were a few minor issues during our stay (nothing major) however I must commend the staff as they worked hard to fix them. The only feedback I would give is to have a bin in the room, as there only seemed to be the sanitary waste bin in the bathroom.

Perfect relaxed vacation

Absolutely fantastic stay at Mustafa Suites! The room was incredibly comfortable, with a jacuzzi and balcony offering perfect sunset and sea views. The restaurant downstairs provided an excellent dining experience with diverse food varieties, especially the delicious seafood. Free underground parking was a bonus. The bed was comfy, and all necessary toiletries were provided. The staff at the reception and restaurant were exceptionally kind and helpful. Plus, the room was soundproofed, making it perfect for a relaxed vacation. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Really nice place to stay

Rooms are really nice, big enough and very well decorated - everything is new. The balcony is super nice. As for the location - it’s very subjective if you like it or not, it’s on the main promenade so very busy every evening. However Mustafa has very good sound isolation so the street noise is not a problem at all if you don’t like it. I really appreciated high quality bed linen and towels. Breakfast was repetitive but a nice man at the restaurant was very responsive to our needs - we liked local donuts kind of a lot :)

Just a small hint - there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels after use. I wish there was no street between hotel and the sea so you can not only see it but also hear it :) but as I said, this is subjective. Please make it clear with the beach boy who keeps the beach ticket as he always insisted to take it when the reception lady asked us to not give it to him just show :) :)

Fabulous and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vlore!

From check-in to check-out we had a fabulous experience! The room was very nice and clean with an underwater tropical theme, with a great private balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Not to mention, the convenient restaurant just downstairs with fantastic service! We were only there for 2 days, but kept coming back to the same restaurant because our waiter, Elvis, was spectacular! Very easy parking behind the hotel (a little difficult to find when you arrive, but the front desk staff walked me down to show me personally). And it is just a short 1 minute walk to the beach where we had private chairs waiting for us. Overall, Mustafa exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely be back!!

We loved everything. We had a minor AC issue, but as soon as we notified the staff they were very quick to solve the problem. Turns out the balcony door needs to be closed all the way for the AC to function.

Blisko do morza, mega fajna okolica w centrum, przyjazny personel, dobre śniadanie.

Recepcja nie działała prawie wgl. Strasznie długo czekaliśmy na śniadanie ale to pewnie przez to że była tylko jedna osoba na restauracji i rozumiemy że mogło się przedłużyć. Nie było szlafroków i kapci w pokoju.

Hotel war miserabel. Lage und Liegen am Strand Top

Die Lage und der Strand waren sehr gut.

Die Rezeption war fast nie anwesend. Die ‚Reinigung’ im Zimmer konnte ich nicht ernst nehmen. Es wurde weder geputzt noch aufgeräumt. Es war mehr ein Airbnb als ein Hotel. Falls man ein Taxi bestellen wollte wurde einem gesagt man solle raus gehen und selber eins organisieren! Das war das erste und letzte mal in diesem ‚Hotel‘

Die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Hotels hat und unter anderem am besten gefallen. Das Personal war auch ganz Freundlich.

Alles war sehr gut uns ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen.

Lange sehr zentral Rest war ok.

Uns hat die Nähe zum Strand gefallen. Die Einrichtung war modern und relativ neu.

Die Suite hatte keine Fenstern das fanden wir nicht so toll war sehr erdrückend. Bei der Ankunft war die Toilette und die Dusche nicht gründlich geputzt. Die Handtücher für den Strand waren sehr alt und mit Flecken fanden wir nicht so toll. Das Frühstück war soweit ok aber die Sachen waren nicht gekühlt und das geht gar nicht. Um 9 Uhr war der Käse und die Butter schon fast geschmolzen. Die Tische mit zerkleinerten Tischdecken eingedeckt überhaupt nicht liebevoll. Am Strand darf man nur in einer Reihe die Liegen benutzen weiter vorne kosten die zusätzlichen 20€.

Pokoje przyjemne, ale śniadania nie spełniają oczekiwań. Następnym razem wybiorę inny hotel.

Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, fajne balkony i widok na morze, czystość w pokoju, miły personel, blisko do morza i leżaków, działające wifi i klimatyzacja.

Śniadanie monotonne i ubogie, bez szwedzkiego stołu - należy zamówić u obsługi, która prawie w ogóle nie mówi po angielsku. Do wyboru był omlet i jajka sadzone z parówkami, do tego rogalik, dżem i masło. Możliwe, że były dostępne inne opcje, ale z obsługą ciężko się dogadać, bo nie rozumieją podstawowych zwrotów. Udaje się dogadać przez translator z polskiego na albański. Mieliśmy pokoje z wykupionym śniadaniem, ale część z nas chodziła na śniadania do innej restauracji, dopłacając do całego pobytu. Rachunek za nocleg jest wystawiany na kwotę niższą niż opłacona przez booking, co przy wyjeździe służbowym staje się problematyczne. Pokoje z antresolą - "apartamenty", to pokoje bez okien, jakby częściowo w piwnicy.

Bien, mais cher pour le service proposé

L’établissement est très bien situé, il dispose d’un parking souterrain et d’un beach club très sympa, l’hôtel est bien équipé et la chambre est très bien

Nous avons eu quelques désagréments pendant ce voyage, nous avons décidé de prendre un bel hôtel pour notre dernier soir, celui-ci était le plus cher de notre voyage mais aussi celui où nous avons été le plus mal accueilli nous avons attendu 15 min à la réception à notre arrivé pendant que la réceptionniste était installé sur une des terrasses d’une chambre, personne ne répondait lors ce que nous appelions l’accueil, musique à fond dans l’hôtel à 9h00 du matin alors que nous dormions, nous avons aussi eu des désagréments avec le restaurant de l’hôtel mon copain a reçu son plats 15 min avant moi.
