I would recommend these apartments but they just need a couple of things looking at..also the pool is in another locatio

Yes the property was very nice and in a good area.

There was a smell from the toilet of sewage that lingered during our stay and the bed was really creaky which was annoying because we had a baby in the room with us…

Very clean and great location being central for Old Town Gdansk . restaurants and a shop close by. Tram. 5 minutes walk away.

Advertised TV didn't work technician that was sent said TV worked owners had no licence. Was advertised as having so did not take any device to view programmes with us and medication I'm on means can't go out in evenings .not good enough TV should be removed from.listing. looked back this was mentioned by another visitor January 2025. Therefore have to remove stars. Needs microwave to heat up food. Also the Spa and Pool at extra cost and expensive to use

Could have been cleaner

Parking was difficult to find. Once we did find it and got into the apartment, it was musty and worn. Not cleaned well. Smudgy fingerprints etc. There was actually mold growing on the back of a chair. The beds and linens were clean enough. We had booked two nights but only stayed one. It is not really centrally located to where we expected.

Our stay was generally pleasant, but there were a couple of things that could be improved.

The spacious apartments have everything you need for a short stay. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The location is also convenient, being close to the Old Town and bus and train stops.

The biggest inconvenience was the lock on the apartment door. It could only be locked and unlocked with a key from either the inside or outside. With four people sharing one key, it became a bit tricky—especially when someone arrived early and found the door locked, as they had to ring the bell to be let in. Also, paying a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the floors, towels, and bed linens could really enhance the overall experience.

Nice few days in Gdansk

Clean room, comfy beds, pretty close to the main city, nice city view from the balcony. Zabka small market just across the street.

When we booked the room we assumed the pool was included, maybe that is on us because atleast at home (Finland) it usually is the case. Regardless 27€/person/hour just to swim is a bit outrageus when we already paid 190€ per night.

Great place to stay when visiting Gdansk

Great location within walking distance of the main areas. Plenty of room.and very clean.

The noise of the rooms around was a bit loud but most nights we were shattered anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

fantastic location so near to town on foot. A really comfortable and well laid out apartment. nice little balcony. a superb rain shower! plenty of towels. Gdansk is just the most enchanting city on different bodies of water.

Good location. Close to the old Town.

We were rested for days with our family. There was only one bin bag in the apartment, there was no dishwasher tablet, so it had to be provided for itself. If you want to cook in apartment, you need to get everything for yourself (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). The flat is clean.

Nice new apartments in a new neighborhood. Less than 10m easy walk to the Old Town. There is a good convenience store just across the street from 6-23 and some restaurants nearby.

The pool is actually in a Spa nearby. Apparently one needs to pay for use it, but we haven’t been there. A bit unclear overall about the pool.

Nice apartment, beware of building works as it is VERY noisy. No sympathy from hosts about this.

Really good apartment. Nice views and good kitchen. 10 minute walk to center and some nice cafes near by. Also shops to stock up the kitchen fridge a stone throw away from main entrance.

We really did not appreciate the building works literally next door. They started drilling at 7am which sounded like it was going to come through the bedroom wall. We had a long day ahead and asked for a later check out to which we got told no. The cleaner was banging the door 11am exactly and was very rude by tapping the watch on her wrist, shaking her head, and huffing. If she didn't have her young daughter with her I would have had an argument with her. At the VERY minimum we should have been warned about this or had some discount to compensate, no one wants to wake at 7am like that whilst on holiday, especially on departure day.

Warto jeśli cena będzie promocyjna i nie przeszkadza Ci dość mocno zużyte mieszkanie.

Obiekt jest dość dobrze zlokalizowany, choć oczywiście nie jest to centrum. Niby w mieszkaniu jest wszystko, ale to takie 4/10.

Mieszkanie jest niesamowicie zniszczone, firma zarządzająca totalnie o niego nie dba. Zniszczone meble, zalewający łazienkę prysznic, dziury w drzwiach etc. Najtańsze kostki do zmywarki powodują, że naczynia po myciu śmierdzą. Basen i SPA jest w innym budynku.

Sentralt og fint sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Utmerket beliggenhet til gamlebyen. Leiligheta hadde alt vi trengte, og kort vei til butikk.

Supert med vaskemaskin, men skulle gjerne ønsket at det fulgte med vaskemiddel for å unngå kjøp av dette for en enkel vask. Ellers topp at det fulgte med shower gel på badet, dessverre ikke shampoo.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ,wyposażenie apartamentu też na duży plus ,kontakt z personelem bardzo dobry ,panowie portierzy zasługują na wyjątkowe wyróżnienie ,okolica cicha i bezpieczna .

Na zewnątrz panowała temperatura raczej wiosenna a w pokoju na trzecim piętrze było dość gorąco więc jak ktoś się wybiera w upały to już mogłoby być ciężko ...Łóżka raczej wygodne ale bardzo wąskie ..Na minus też był hałas, nie na zewnątrz ale wewnątrz pokoju było słychać całą noc pracującą jakąś maszynę .

Na duży plus zasługuje lokalizacja – mieszkanie znajduje się bardzo blisko Starego Miasta i rzeki Motławy, co było niezwykle wygodne i ułatwiało codzienne spacery oraz zwiedzanie. Sam apartament jest przestronny i funkcjonalnie urządzony, co sprawiało, że przebywanie w nim było komfortowe. Dodatkowym atutem okazał się przyjemny chłód we wnętrzu, mimo braku klimatyzacji – nawet w cieplejsze dni nie było potrzeby dodatkowego chłodzenia. Do mieszkania wpada stosunkowo niewiele światła słonecznego, co może być zaletą dla osób szukających spokojnego wypoczynku.

Niestety, nasz pobyt miał też kilka zdecydowanych minusów. Już na początku zauważyliśmy porwany ręcznik w łazience, a podłoga pod prysznicem była wyraźnie brudna – taki typ posadzki wymaga dokładnego szorowania, a nie tylko przepłukania wodą. Dodatkowo na silikonach i fugach były widoczne plamy pleśni. Brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak mydło do rąk, a na cały 6-dniowy pobyt zostawiono nam tylko jedną tabletkę do zmywarki, co okazało się zdecydowanie niewystarczające. Każdego ranka w łazience pojawiał się intensywny zapach kanalizacji, który obniżał komfort korzystania z przestrzeni. Telewizor w sypialni był praktycznie bezużyteczny – pilot nie działał w ogóle, a w salonie działał tylko częściowo. Sprzęt kuchenny również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – dostępne noże były tępe i częściowo połamane, co uniemożliwiało nawet przekrojenie chleba. Jednym z większych problemów był hałas – osiedle okazało się bardzo głośne, często słychać było krzyki i awantury, a dźwięki niosły się wyjątkowo mocno. Dodatkowo codziennie ok. 4–5 rano pod blok podjeżdżała śmieciarka, która skutecznie zakłócała poranny sen. Warto też wspomnieć, że okna apartamentu wychodzą bezpośrednio na sąsiedni blok, co może być problematyczne dla osób ceniących prywatność. Na koniec warto zaznaczyć, że przy rezerwacji przez Booking.com opłata klimatyczna była przedstawiona jako kwota za cały pobyt. Na miejscu jednak poinformowano nas, że jest to opłata “za osobę, za dobę”, co znacząco podniosło całkowity koszt pobytu i było dla nas nieprzyjemnym zaskoczeniem. Taka informacja powinna być jasno sformułowana już na etapie rezerwacji.

Gultas veļa netīra ,ar svešiem matiem un spalvām.Vannas istabā pēc dušas pludo grīda, logi netīri, prasās pēc remonta.Komunikācija ar personālu apgrūtinoša jo automašīnas parkings tika atrisināts pēc 1,5 stundām jo nebija nummurā atstāta pults, kaut gan parkings tika pieprasīts. Sazvanīt nebija iespējams,saziņa ar vhatsApp staprniecību.Pasūtītais nummurs neatbilda bildēs redzētajam. Slikts Internets.

Pokój z licznymi uszkodzeniami, niestety nie ma możliwości dodać wszystkiego na zdjęciach. Brudne i uszkodzone ściany, drzwi, futryny. Zakamieniona deszczownica przez co woda leciała prosto na sufit, przeciekająca kabina. Zmywarka nie nadająca się do użycia (co widać na zdjęciu) piekarnik, mikrofalówka i lodówka brudne i śmierdzące. Żelazko spalone i wyciekała z niego woda gdyż tylko wzięło się je do ręki, przez co nie mogło zostać użyte. Dziurawe firany na oknach. Nie otrzymaliśmy klucza do bramy garażowej, po rozmowie z obsługą i zapewnieniu że będzie on dostarczony w dniu następnym, niestety nie otrzymaliśmy go do dnia wyjazdu, przez co trzeba było ręcznie otwierać bramę wjazdową i wyjazdową garażu podziemnego.

Die Lage ist perfekt , hatten Kaffee und Tee da.Direkt daneben Frühstück Kaffee Kuchen oder anderes Essen .Daumen hoch

Das Bett war nur von eine Seite erreichbar und TV nur Polnisch , Fußboden vielleicht ein mal wischen aber war alles dafür vorhanden .

Zgodnie z wyszukiwarką na booking powinien być zapewniony basen, strefa SPA oraz centrum fitness. W apartamencie ciekł prysznic i zalewał cała łazienkę. Nie działała również wentylacja i wszystko parowało. W salonie odpada tynk, koło gniazdka z prądem, wygląda jakby tam pękła rura z wodą w ścianie. Lokalizacja śniadania została zmieniona na ostatnią chwilę, oddalona o 1 km od apartamentu.
