The location is very convenient closed to everything.
The unit booked did not matched the unit given. In the booking it says Chmielna 73 deluxe apartment but they gave us 71. The floor is dirty not mopped, no soaps or shampoo. One bathroom door has no lock, and the mat was dirty. Chair is broken, screw is loose. No baking tray and no chopping board provided. They should make some improvement to have comfortable stay.

Accommodation was not what I booked, we were put in a different building with no explanation.
No person available to answer questions.
Shower was dreadful, scolding hot or freezing cold
