Nice location. Quality apartment. Clean. Basically equipped kitchen. Host had good communication and was helpful.

Swimming pool NOT included in price. Requires prior reservation for 22-32 EUROS per day at neighbouring spa. We chose apartment based on the inclusion of pool. Fine print shows that the pool is not included, but the rest of the main listing (title, images) makes it seem like it's a part of the package.

Location is excellent, the flat itself is really good!

Some of the amenities in the flat, like the towels and kitchen cutlery, are a bit lacking in quality. Both TVs are also somewhat problematic, as the universal remote doesn’t work very well. Overall, my experience has been quite good—it’s just these small details that stand out. Just something to keep in mind for the future.

Stay away, the owner violates contract's terms and denies responsibility.

The cleaning service did their job really well with some exclusions. The apartments are very close to the city center and have a good view from the balcony.

The owner deliberately misinforms clients on the Booking.com platform and avoids taking any responsibility. We booked a non-smoking apartment and explicitly requested confirmation from the owner before our arrival. However, upon check-in, we were given a smoking apartment, despite our prior communication. Both my wife and I suffer from tobacco allergies, making this situation extremely difficult for us. From the moment we entered, the apartment had a strong cigarette odor, contradicting the owner's assurance that it was a non-smoking unit. On the second day, we discovered cigarette remains under the garbage bag, further proving the deception. Additionally, the ventilation system was faulty, pushing polluted air from neighboring apartments directly into our bathroom. Even the pillows reeked of cigarette smoke, adding to our discomfort. Due to the poor air quality, my wife struggled to sleep the first night because of her allergy. Despite confirming that an alternative apartment was available, the staff refused to relocate us. They also disrupted our plans, forcing us to cancel a city excursion just to have a discussion about a solution—only to ultimately deny us any real assistance. The apartment is owned by Flatbook, a large and wealthy company managing multiple apartments in Gdansk. Communicating with their staff was frustrating, as they relied on a dedicated platform that caused confusion. We received disorganized responses from different representatives who were unaware of each other's actions. Additionally, we were sent automated messages falsely claiming that we were happy with our stay, even after expressing our dissatisfaction. When we attempted to file a formal complaint through their email system, we never received a response. Before our stay, they also requested sensitive information, including ID numbers, through their platform, which lacked proper security protocols.

The floor in the apartment and on the balcony was very dirty. On the first day we vacuumed and cleaned the floors ourselves because it was not comfortable to move around wearing socks. Other than that, everything was good.

Good location. Supportive staff. The apartment is spacious with big terrace with a view on the river. It has all needed kitchen utensils and appliances, such as washing machine, dishwasher, iron and a vacuum cleaner. All of the following equipment is in good condition.

The arrival of the garbage truck is too early (6:00 a.m.). Also, it was never mentioned that city tax was not included into the overall payment. Thus, it had to be paid in cash after the check out.

Szybki kontakt z Panią na telefonie bo po przyjeździe nie mogliśmy trafić do apartamentu mieliśmy problem z parkingiem,nasze drzwi nie działały więc potrzebny był Klucx fizyczny do wejścia, dość szybka reakcja, ładny widok

Na starcie przeszkody nie działające elektryczne drzwi, zagadkowe dojście z garażu do klatki, wyleżane miejsce w łóżku, wyliczone 2 rolki papieru na pobyt 4 dniowy w tym sylwester, oraz wisienka na torcie ten basen którego nie ma, po rozmowie z innymi wynajmującymi też się na tym zawiedli, informacja w profilu jest ale tak mała że mam wrażenie żeby tego nie dostrzec.. finalnie nawet nie znaleźliśmy tego proponowanego bo nie znajdował się w tym miejscu gdzie jest napisane.. za tą cenę niestety ale jestem zawiedziona pobytem.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut und ausreichend.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine leider mit Kapseln-zum Glück hatte ich meinen eigenen Espressokocher mit. Bett hätte paar cm breiter sein können. Lage war gut, Innenstadt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Tiefgarage vorhanden war auch perfekt. Einen Parkplatz hausnah zu finden ist unmöglich.

Die Schlüsselübergabe: Alles per Mail und Codes. Kein Hinweis in welchen Hauseingang man rein muss, in welcher Tiefgarage sich der Stellplatz befindet. Wir waren damit nicht alleine. Ständig trafen wir auf die gleichen Leute, die orientierungslos nach der richtigen Tür suchten. Es gab zwar ein Link zu einem Video, aber das lief so schnell ab und jede Hausseite und Straße sah für Ortsfremde gleich aus. Das hat uns locker 45 Minuten gekostet. Die Fernbedienung für die Garage wurde im Zimmer hinterlegt, in welches man nur mit Codekombinationen rein kam. Naja, das wäre sehr verbesserungswürdig. Eingang B2(?) und ganz klein über der Tür geschrieben - ist auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, Tiefgarageneinfahrt aber wiederum auf der Vorderseite hinterer Teil!

Na plus w miare bliska lokalizacja do wyspy spichlerz. Dobre sniadania w pobliskiej restauracji Mieszkanie czyste, w miare duze- max 5 osob. Dobrze wyposazona kuchnia Fajne rozwiazanie w postaci apki na whatsapp. Cena na plus za nocleg z śniadaniem.

Niestety blok to glownie mieszkania na krotki wynajem- odpoczynek w mieszkaniu slaby bo niesie sie wszystko z klatki, a ochrona ma na to wywalone bo sama robi co chce. Brakowalo recznikow- jednak 1 duzy +maly to standard. Przydalyby sie dodatkowe dywaniki pod prysznic- 1 na caly pobyt dla grupy. Brak widoku na motlawe, balkon wychodzi na ulice

Отличный просторный и удобный номер близко от центра города.

У нас был очень большой просторный и светлый номер с террасой. Нам все очень понравилось. Для взрослых была отдельная спальня, вполне комфортабельная, а ребёнок спал в большой гостиной на огромной двуспальной кровати, которую вечером мы опускали, а днём поднимали – она превращалась в шкаф у стены. На мой взгляд это просто великолепная идея. Особенно хочется отметить кухню – в ней было абсолютно всё, что только может понадобиться, и с большим запасом – тарелки, кастрюли, сковородки, бокалы для разных видов вина, стаканы для пива, и всё на свете. В гостиной - хороший обеденный стол на шесть человек и диван с журнальным столиком. В гостиной большое окно и дверь с выходом на зелёную террасу. Мы не жарили гриль, мы просто сидели там на солнышке и пили вино. До центр города пешком буквально 10:15 минут. Мы остались очень довольны. С удовольствем приехали бы снова. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за то, что по нашей просьбе смогли организовать нам парковку для машины!

Единственный минус – в название отеля стоит слово СПА. Это не совсем честно. Маленький бассейн за отдельные деньги, который нужно сильно заранее бронировать – это не совсем СПА-отель. Но нам СПА не был нужен, поэтому мы остались всем довольны. А ещё, если кто-то читает мой отзыв – советую бронировать парковочное место как можно заранее. Иначе трудно будет где-то пристроить машину.

W obiekcie unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Kilka dni wietrzenia nie poprawiło sytuacji. W mieszkaniu są dwa telewizory. Jeden raz działa, a raz nie. Natomiast drugi tv nie ma kolorów xD w obiekcie jest suszarka, ale nie działająca. Największy minusem jest to, ze w nazwie jest dumnie zapisane SPA. Natomiast jest to średniej jakości apartament w pobliżu którego jest hotel do którego sobie mogę pójść i umówić się na skorzystanie z basenu. Apartament średniej jakości, ale za to drogi. Na pewno nie jest warty swojej ceny.
