Spacious apartment in a good location. Nice pool area. Balcony.
When checking in and out there was no English-speaking staff at the reception. This caused unnecessary confusion especially upon arrival. We had to call to the owner to solve things out. He was helpful but it was still a bit of a hassle.

Lokalizacja i piękny widok z balkonu! Mieszkanie estetyczne, jasne i robi dobre wrażenie na pierwszy rzut oka. Bardzo wygodne, duże, mięciutkie łóżko!
W mieszkaniu dostrzegłem miejsca, w których nie została zachowana czystość — niemyte od baaaardzo długiego czasu okna oraz ogromna ilość ptasich odchodów na balkonie i parapetach.
Portier nie wiedział, do czego służą dane klucze które nam przekazał np. który klucz jest do mieszkania, a który do parkingu itd., niestety nie można było wyczuć, że służy pomocą :(
Parking bywa problematyczny — system pokazuje error, „blokada bramy” wielu mieszkańcom.

Gute Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt, Supermärkten und den Bahnhof. Ruhige Gegend. Die Wohnung war bei Übergabe sauber und aufgeräumt.
Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen und man merkt dass kaputte Sachen länger nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht worden sind (loser Wasserhahn, WC Schloss defekt, Schrauben an Stühlen fehlen, Bezug vom Sofa teils gerissen). Die Küche ist nur begrenzt nutzbar, da nur sehr wenig Kochutensilien vorhanden sind und die Teflon beschichteten Töpfe und Pfanne alle stark zerkratzt sind.
Der Pool im Haus ist sauber.
