Disappointment

We paid extra for breakfast, but the hotel doesn't have a restaurant! There were two pieces of food in a bag, I didn't eat it. The pool is very small and crowded.

Very dirty apartment looks beautiful first moment then you start notice things

Location only was great

Hair in bathroom and in kitchen,bedbugs my daughter have some much bites,freezer doesn’t work when I opened fridge my ice was melted all water in side the fridge, lots insects walking on the curtains,only 4 towels we are booked for 5 people to stay for 2 nights,people on reception desk they are security and they don’t get involved in apartment staff much ,microwave super old smells and toaster insect in absolutely surviving to just make children happy

Had a great time here, perfect for a weekend trip to Gdansk!

The hosts were very organised and helpful with all of our queries and were professional and kind even when we called them in the evening with a question. Also loved how helpful the guy at the reception was, he helped us store our luggage until we could check in, was kind and supportive even though he didn't speak English he went out of his way to help us. The location and the spa were great too.

Cozy apartment with swimming pool in a great location.

The apartment was cozy and super clean. The location is super nice: a bit in the side of the city centre but still close. Easy and quick access to the tram stop. Acces to the swimming pool is definitely a highlight.

We didn’t see any info that the balcony is “shared”. There was a window to the other apartment on the balcony so we couldn’t sit there and talk without annoying the neighbours. There was some pretty loud noise late in the evening from the other apartment at the floor above us - some argument- which was hearable super clear. So I assume that the walls are thin.

The location is good close to old Town 👌 The bed was not comfortable. The owner was helpful and I asked to change the room and he immediately accept my request.

So far it has been the worst booking.com stay yet.

It had kettle, microwave etc.

Description details did not match the actual apartment. Bed was very low and hard. One limp pillow each. Stayed a week and towels were never changed, bins not emptied or apartment cleaned. This might be ok for weekenders but not for longer stays. One and a half toilet rolls for two people for weeks is definitely not acceptable. Bathroom was clean with hot water etc but shower very poor. Another bedside table would be nice. This 'apartment' is a self contained one roomed studio with an ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Grate location and access to the swimming pool. Big comfortable room with kitchenette. Coffee and tea on arrival. Salt and paper in the room. Clean.

Some fixtures are made very much on budget. This is place working hard for itself. Some visible wear and tear on the furniture.

Great value for money

Great location. Room had a hob, kettle, coffee maker, everything you wanted. There was a shop across the road and it takes only about 5 minutes to get to town.

Honestly it was all good. Good value for money. I guess the check in procedure was a bit more complicated.

Exceptional

There was an incident where I cannot open my apartment and I called the number to have an assistant. The guys who answered the called sounding like an indian was not patient enough and was rude. He was shouting to me while repeating that he already sent the text message while telling him that I don't receive any text message yet. He is not suitable for his job and at the same time he's not giving the right manner as a support for the customers seeking help. It sounded like he's the customer aggravated rather than the support. I hope you can change this in the future cause not everyone is tech savvy.

I like the apartment has a kitchen and is equipped with utensils where you can cook just like when you're at your own home. There is wifi, washing machine, hair blower, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper provided.

At the amenities part specially on your way to the swimming pool (when you go out from Men and Womens changing room) that walkway going to the pool should have Anti-slip rubber floor mat on the floor because there is water flowing in it and cause the floor wet and slippery. The sign does not help. You need to put mat in there to lessen future accidents to happen. My husband was slide in the walkway and ended with 7 stitches on his head.

Clean, convenient apartments. Perfect for short, self catering stays in Gdansk.

Apartment 5A was really well featured. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area had everything you are likely to need. The balcony was nice, although we didn't use it much due to the temperature outside. The process for entering the apartment was really easy and there was security in the lobby 24/7.

Not exactly the fault of the hotel, but the pool and spa area was closed for the entirety of our time staying there. Also the fridge in room 5A was incredibly loud and only seemed to get louder during the night hours.
