A traffic light at the end of the road makes crossing the road very safe. This is the perfect place to have a family vacation. Beach by day, sunset over the bay in the evening.

This unit is accessed from the front of the house. Go up the white wooden stairs.
The garage is for owner use. The basement is for owner use. The top floor unit will be rented to other guests, who will access from around the back of the house, and all the way to the top floor.
Includes 5 beach badges. Guests have use of BBQ's, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks, Standup Paddle boards, crabbing traps, cornhole boards, and more

Lovely weekend in September. Took a last minute trip to LBI and we all had a good time. Good sleep, beds were comfortable and house was spotless. Quick walk to beach and bay and local playground. Wish we could have stayed longer.
