About this house rental

Make yourself at home in this cozy beach house only one block from the ocean. Home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Located in a quiet neighborhood on corner lot with fenced in patio area which is perfect for evening dining. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal when you aren't taking advantage of one of LBI's many restaurants. Front porch has large seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Perfect spot to watch the runners and bikers on Beach Avenue. Acme and Skipper Dipper are within walking distance and the restaurants and attractions of Beach Haven are just a short drive or bike ride away. Garage has television and DVD player with couch and futon-ideal for adults after the kids go to bed or as a place for the kids to hang out after a day at the beach. Open floor plan on first level creates breezy and open feeling that will make you feel relaxed the minute you enter.

Minimum Age to rent this property is 25 years old. Please note we are not accepting rental requests for 2027 until October 1st, 2026

Such a lovely house - very comfortable, very clean, very welcoming. The host was extremely communicative. A short walk to the beach, the grocery store, and Skipper Dipper. I was worried the Skipper Dipper traffic would be disruptive but it wasn’t at all. The front patio is a great place to have a morning coffee or an evening drink and people watch. Great place for families, and the downstairs bedroom and walk in shower was great for my parents. Highly recommend!

As always, a wonderful place to stay for a week of low key beach recovery time and a lot of ice cream therapy. Clean, well set up, location is great, garage space is a huge plus on those breezy days, will hopefully be back.
