Sit outside on the deck or sit inside and you have views of the bay with the best sunset you will ever see! Enjoy the peacefulness of the bay, while fishing, swimming, boating, windsurfing, or jet skiing. The bay is walk-in, very shallow and slowly gets waist deep (easy to put in your own kayak or wind sail). Moor your boat there as well. This is the 1st floor of a duplex. 1st floor has been totally rehabbed including new furniture, full eat-in kitchen , granite counter tops, Dish Washer, Microwave, 1.5 baths and all the amenities needed. Check-in was smooth, easy access to the bay and the beach. Wi-Fi and tv's worked great! Super to have a tv in each bedroom. Along with the books and board games to be entertained by.Thanks MaryJo!

Overall our vacation was good. The home was in a perfect location but the home itself was in poor condition. When it rained the water was coming in over the door on the wall, the spindles on the railing were falling off, we dusted cobwebs from walls / ceilings, drawers were broke , outdoor shower had an algae pond from sitting water which led to many mosquitoes. The listing says bath towels provided but there were none. The owner herself seemed put off when I would message her. We will not be going back to her home. Be advised.
