Beautiful View AND Amazing Sunsets From THE TOP Floor OF This Bayfront Duplex
Unit is within walking distance of the Acme which is extremely convenient.
Brand new flooring in the living area and kitchen as well as a new sofa. The units has a powder room as well as a main bath. It also has an outside shower and a clothes washer and dryer.
Breath taking views from the top floor of this super clean elevated Bayrfront Duplex. The enormous deck is located only 50 feet from the inland waterway and the constant boat activity is a true pleasure to enjoy. The deck has an awning and shade as well as a sofa and chairs.
Guests are welcome to use the dock for water sports including fishing, crabbing, and paddle boarding. Dock is not suitable for overnight boat stays.
Guests are also welcome to use the yard on the north side of the house which has a picnic table, grill, and bean bag toss. There is also an outside shower and bike rack. The area under the house and south of the dock is for owner use only.
We provide WIFI, High Definition Cable TV, Netflix, and smart TV.
In addition we provide 6 adult Beach Badges.(Deposit required for badges)
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a window air conditioner. The kitchen, dining area, and living area are also air conditioned.
You can enjoy a leisurely day of swimming and strolling the recently replenished beach which is just three blocks away.
The Queen City of Beach Haven is only a short drive and offers amusements, water slide, miniature golf, restaurants and unique shops. Or you can take a walk to Skipper Dipper Ice Cream Parlor which is very close to our unit.
Or take a 40 minute ride to Atlantic City with it's many casinos and entertainment options. There are also several upscale public golf courses within 45 minutes of Long Beach Island.
Maximum sleeping capacity 6.

Just returned from a wonderful week in North Beach Haven. The location was perfect! Beautiful views of the bay - loved watching the sunset in the evening! Easy getting in, very clean and well apportioned. Comfortable enough when our adult children visited for a couple of days. Would highly recommend.

Compact and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with lovely deck overlooking the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the water and the birds, have a meal outside, watch the magnificent sunsets. Nice outdoor shower and lovely hosts.

We have visited LBI many times over the years. This place was wonderful. It was the top floor. I dont think that there is a better view from the large deck for sunsets and the boats coming in and out of the bay. We could have sat there every evening to watch the sunsets (wait, i think we did!). The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice. The living room area worked out well, nice HD TV with cable. The kitchen had everything we needed, top notch appliances. We stayed in the midst of a heatwave so the AC's in each room got a workout and kept everyone cool. The bikes were a nice addition. Better than lugging our own. My wife and kids would take the car down to the beach with all our gear. I would take the bike so I could leave before them when I wanted;worked out great. We had access to a nice Weber grill.It was very clean.Location was conveniently close to the supermarket. John and his wife were simply wonderful . They answered all our questions before and during our stay and went out of their way to make us feel at home while we were there on our vacation. Thanks for having us!
