Features include Ductless Air Conditioning, flat screen TV, newer furnishings & appliances, internet service and an electric grill. An ideal house for beach going with little ones and all the necessary beach “equipment”. The deck wraps around to the kitchen area at the rear of the house. Loved the deck, listening to waves and easy access to the beach. Uncomfortable couch and bad tv and internet Service- going out constantly. Was the biggest issue! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were good. No extras( beach toys, chairs or umbrellas) but nice deck furniture.. we liked it overall
