Appartement moderne, lumineux et parfaitement situé à deux pas du centre de Lugano et du lac. Le parking privé est un vrai plus, tout comme la propreté impeccable et les équipements très complets (cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable, Wi-Fi rapide). L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, aimable et attentionné du début à la fin. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison.
Rien de particulier à signaler, tout était conforme à la description. Des capsules Nespresso nous attendaient déjà et nous avion même une bouteille d'eau fraiche à disposition. Deux points mais on très vite été résolu. Le pommeau de douche s'est endommagé durant notre séjour et le siphon de la cuisine était légèrement bouché.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, mann ist sehr zentral und kann gut zu Fuss oder mit der ÖV sich fortbewegen.
Mann hat alles in der Wohnung was mann braucht und ist auch sehr sauber. Die Parkiermöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist top.
Es hat nur eine grosse Decke im Bett anstatt zwei normale.
In der zweiten Nacht war es im Innenhof bis 24.00 Uhr sehr laut und mussten das Fenster schliessen dann ging es.

A pé você esta bem localizado mas de carro o apartamento fica em uma rua que tem um acesso chato, pois a rua é movimentada e só se chega nela quem desce de Montagnola. Tem que se fazer uma grande volta para chegar do centro.
As roupas de cama e travesseiros já passaram da hora de serem trocadas. Toalhas de banho pequenas e o sofá cama da sala também esta já bem gasto.
