We had a large group of 12 and we all loved the vacation rental. The property was very clean and had ample seating, kitchen accessories, drinkware and plate settings for our whole party. The ice makers were a huge plus as well as the boardwalk to the beach.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
When first arriving both locks were broke on the sliding doors. there were two lights broken on the first floor balcony. The pool was very dirty and the heater did not work when we arrived. There was no gas grill as in the pictures. All of these issues had to be resolved during our stay and should have been fixed prior to us checking in. I did receive a refund for the heater not working but I rented a house with pool which costs substantial more than a house without a pool. I went online to see if this house was going to be rented the following week of our stay and was surprised that the rental for that week was $3,000.00 less than what I was paying. I called several times and emailed to find out why I did not get this rate?? No one could give me an answer. My rental week is considered in the fall and not in season. I think I should have been given more of a refund than just the heating charge for the pool.
